Vikramshila Softwares ("I", "me", or "my") built the WiMouse app (the "Service") as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Aman Kumar and is intended for use "as is".

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

1. Data Collection and Usage

The primary function of WiMouse is to allow your mobile device to control your personal computer. To achieve this, the app processes specific data, but prioritizes your local privacy:

• Keystrokes and Mouse Movements: All trackpad gestures, clicks, and keyboard inputs typed into the app are transmitted strictly over your local network (Wi-Fi/LAN) directly to your personal computer. I do not collect, store, or transmit your keystrokes, passwords, or mouse movements to any external cloud servers.
• Local Device Storage: The app saves your user preferences (such as mouse sensitivity, scroll speed, haptic feedback settings, and previously connected IP addresses) locally on your device. This data is not uploaded to my servers.

2. Required Permissions

• Network / Local Area Network Access: Required to discover and establish a WebSocket connection with your computer on the same Wi-Fi network.
• Vibrate / Haptics: Used to provide physical feedback when performing clicks or gestures on the touchpad.

3. Third-Party Services and Payments

The app does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs that track your behavior.

In-App Purchases (Donations):
The app includes optional In-App Purchases (such as "Buy me a Coffee") to support development. All payment processing is handled securely by Google Play Billing (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS). I do not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or exact financial details.

4. Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app, I may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs.

5. Security

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security. I highly recommend only using WiMouse on trusted, secure, and private Wi-Fi networks.
